Summary -- This is a simple mini-lesson refresher on refund and balance due options for taxpayers. Even with tax software, tax preparers are still required to demonstrate calculating refund and balance due amounts manually, as well as know all the options of receiving a refund or paying a balance due. This skill comes in handy when dealing with undecided customers who have simple tax records or situations.

We can track user completion and quiz scores using an LMS. We can also use a print or online survey to assess the user’s reaction to the course.
