I believe that learning is something we all can do, will do, and must do to grow and survive in this world. It’s an ongoing process…a continuous journey. Every day is a learning experience. Learning can take place anywhere and in any way.

My career goal is to become an effective instructional designer for a corporation. I want to create print and digital training materials for employees to improve their job performance. In fulfilling my passion of helping others, I want to help people to excel professionally and help companies to prosper more efficiently.

Instructional design can be incorporated into any field or industry. While it’s not mandatory that we know everything, it is our job as instructional designers to know what needs to be learned and create learning experiences that are engaging, informative, focused, and appealing to those being trained.
